Maya Guttmann is an Environmental Specialist at Tsleil Waututh Nation, and a graduate student at Simon Fraser University. Her work focuses on finding alternative mariculture management and practices for clam productivity in the Burrard Inlet. Maya’s research aims to create space for community members, knowledge holders, youth, and harvesters to be full partners in the research process.
