Myk Heidt works for the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community in the Community Environmental Health Program as a coordinator of the community foods program, and wild plants and medicine educator. Myk lends staff support on projects such as climate change impacts and adaptation measures and impacts of Swinomish community health and well-being. Myk is leading activities with the 13 Moons curriculum at Swinomish, the Northwest Indian College, and the community at large.
