Darren Lerner serves as the Director of the University of Hawaiʻi Sea Grant College Program. His academic background in environmental physiology includes experience in research with application for the management of fisheries and aquaculture as a program manager and researcher for the United States Geological Survey Fisheries Cooperative at Oregon State University (OSU) and at the S.O. Conte Anadromous Fish Research Center in Turners Falls, MA.
