Lindsey Pierce is an Environmental Specialist at Central Council Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. She has a Bachelor’s in Anthropology from Fort Lewis College. At the tribe she works on various projects including harmful algal blooms, collecting shellfish for PSP testing, transboundary river sampling, currently hosting an Environmental Justice Disaster & Resiliency Expo, and the newest adventure of running a 42’ geodesic dome greenhouse. Lindsey is a steering committee member of the Indigenous Aquaculture Collaborative.
